CP5260
Pressure sensor with cable
With ACS certification
Application :
Measurement, monitoring, and control of pressure or liquid level in hydraulic pipelines (inline model).
Operating principle :
The measurement is performed by differential sensing between atmospheric pressure and the fluid pressure inside the pipe. The pressure is converted into an electrical signal using piezoresistive technology and conditioned into a 4–20 mA current loop.
Mechanical specifications :
Housing body : | Stainless steel |
Process connection : | 316L stainless steel, 3/8 inch BSPC (conical gas), tightened with 24 mm hex wrench |
Cable : | 2 conductors + capillary tube under shielding |
Sensing element : | Piezoresistive with 316L stainless steel diaphragm |
Diameter : | tube : 24 mm |
Height : | 155 mm (overall) |
Weight : | 260 g (without cable) |
Electrical specifications :
Measurement signal: |
4–20 mA current loop, 2-wire. 4 mA corresponds to 0 m, 20 mA to full scale. |
Power supply: | DC voltage from 6 to 30 V at the transmitter terminals (consider voltage drop and connected components) |
Power consumption: | Equal to the signal value in milliamperes |
