Upon receipt, the product will be inspected to confirm the internal failure and it will be replaced with an identical product.
If your sensor breaks down outside of its warranty period, it is not necessary to send it back to us.
Given the environments in which our sensors operate, their design unfortunately does not allow us to repair them.If your product is an out-of-water device, please contact us so that we can handle your request.
