CP5219
Water Level transmitter
Application:
Measurement, monitoring, and control of liquid levels (stable or moving), for wells and narrow boreholes.
Principle:
Level measurement is performed by measuring the differential pressure between the liquid surface and the position of the submerged transmitter. The pressure is converted into an electrical signal using piezoresistive technology and conditioned in a 4–20mA current loop.
Mechanical characteristics:
Housing body: | 316L stainless steel |
Protective head: | 316L stainless steel weight |
Cable: | 2 conductors 0.22mm² + capillary under shielding, jacket in PUR reinforced with Kevlar depending on the length. |
Sensing element: | Piezoresistive with 316L stainless steel membrane protected by a soft overcoating |
Diameter: | 21.5 mm |
Height: | 180 mm (excluding cable) |
Weight: | 250 g (without cable) |
Mounting: | Pendular, transmitter suspended by its cable, supplied with a cable attachment system. |
Electrical characteristics:
Measurement signal: |
4–20mA current loop, 2-wire. |
Power supply: |
Direct current, operating range from 6 to 38 volts at the transmitter terminals (consider voltage drop and connected components). Refer to the specifications of the supplied protection module. |
Consumption: | The value of the signal in milliamps |
